I first met Elektra in 1998 and since then I have been using Elektra. For all versions, I can say I witnessed the developments.

At Fame Hotels, Elektra was already used as the front desk. I especially preferred the use of Elektra in order to make stock, accounting, inventory fixtures much more comfortable and accurate. In fact, I used Elektra accounting program in our center because of the convenience, while another accounting program was used for a while in our hotels.

These preferences are the most important factors that Elektra is easy to understand, simple and easy to follow. It’s not a closed box for us. I can see and show every detail. You are not confused, the information is easy to reach. You can even prepare the marshals in seconds. I find it very successful.

We are the e-billing user and we can handle every process with one touch. We survived many additional procedures. In 2015, we started to use the personnel program. We are also very pleased with it. We are satisfied with our warehouse from Elektra, pleased with our front office, I am satisfied too

As Fame Hotels we use Elektra accounting program from 2012 and I do not remember to encounter any serious problems until this time. I have known softwareers, supporters and administrators for many years now that I am a user. Our requests that we transmit from time to time are resolved immediately.
